Many German dealers do not sell net to buyers abroad because the export paperwork is too much effort for them. This is exactly where we come in: we buy the vehicle for you from the dealer at the gross price and resell it to you net (excluding German VAT).

Documents
You send us your documents: as an EU company the valid VAT ID with an extract from the commercial or trade register, as a buyer from a non-EU country your country's proof of business registration, as a private individual a copy of your ID. We check everything in advance.

Net purchase without a deposit
If your documents are complete and provided in advance, we do not require a VAT deposit. You pay the net price plus commission from the start while we handle the purchase and the export.

Proof and completion
As soon as the official proof is available, for EU deliveries the proof of arrival (Gelangensnachweis) and for non-EU exports the proof of export issued by customs, the export is cleanly completed for tax purposes. You have bought the vehicle net.

Who can buy a vehicle net?
Companies from the EU with a valid VAT ID buy net via the intra-Community supply. When exporting to a non-EU country, private individuals can also buy net if the vehicle is older than 6 months and has more than 6,000 km on the odometer.
Do I have to pay a VAT deposit?
No. If your documents are complete and provided in advance, we do not require a deposit. You pay the net price plus commission directly. Many other providers withhold the 19 percent German VAT as a deposit, a step you save yourself with us.
Which proofs does the tax office require?
For EU deliveries the proof of arrival (Gelangensnachweis), for non-EU exports the proof of export issued by customs. We make sure these proofs are provided quickly and completely so that the export is cleanly completed for tax purposes.
Which documents do I need as a company?
As an EU company you need a valid VAT ID, a current extract from the commercial or trade register and a copy of the managing director's ID. For a company from a non-EU country, your country's proof of business registration together with a copy of the ID is sufficient. We check your documents in advance and tell you exactly what is missing.
Do you also handle the transport?
Yes. We organize the complete transport by ship, air or rail to the destination country, including loading and insurance. Alternatively, we hand over the vehicle with short-term German registration plates or export plates for your own transfer.
What does your service cost?
You pay the net price of the vehicle plus a commission. The amount depends on the vehicle and the effort involved and is agreed bindingly before the purchase. There are no hidden costs.

Short-term German registration plates valid for 5 days for transfers within Germany, as well as export plates for non-EU exports, valid for example for 15 or 30 days depending on your needs, each including insurance.
